Creamy Peppered Guacamole
The fruit of the Avocado reigns supreme in my house. When asked "in a fire what would be the one object you'd save" my reply without hesitation is my Molcajete (Guacamole Maker). There is no place I want to be if this isn't with me. The delicious fats and the complex of the nutrients make for a beautiful dance in your mouth
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 oz
Ingredients for Creamy Guacamole

2 Hass Avocados
-
1/2 lime juiced

1 tsp. Vegan Mayonnaise

1/8 C. Cilantro, finely chopped
-
¼ Red pepper, diced
Tools

Sharp Knife (Chefs)

Measuring Spoons

Small bowl for mixing
-
Fork or spoon for mixing
Instruction For Creamy Guacamole

Start by slicing and dicing the red pepper and place it in the bowl

Chop up the Cilantro
-
Cut and scoop out avocados into the bowl

Add in the Mayonnaise and cilantro
-
Mix all ingredients completely

Cut and juice one lime into the bowl
Storage
Guacamole is best served fresh. Store in a sealed container for up to 2 days with a slice of lemon to help slow the process of oxidation.
