1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon turmeric (optional, for added health benefits)
Water or vegetable broth for cooking

Instructions
